Why not use YOAST seo plugin? I think its much better then platinum seo. And it also has a XML sitemap option.

@ArrowTheGreat personal preference, i have had great success with Platinum SEO and it’s only a few extra clicks to add the xml sitemap i use

Do post excerpts affecting search SEO at all?
@kbrelis Not at all, the POST itself should be optimized for SEO too – many sites/themes/templates use excerpts quite succesfully and wordpress itself allows that to be done. I’ve NEVER had problems with any of my 35+ WP Sites using them before

Jeff, I have been following your videos and and I get all your emails too, so I know you live an breathe SEO. My question is the following: Do you use an iPad for SEO? If not, have you tried using one? I ask because this new 2011 MBP is too heavy to carry back and forth from my day job. I would like to do a lot of word press and affiliate marketing from a lighter device while on the go. Would you recommend an iPad or maybe another tablet (Android OS?). Thanks for your insight and helpful vids.
@ispy050 Hey there, great question. To be honest, while you CAN work on wordpress using an ipad 2(i do sometimes), it’s much easier to simply use a laptop or PC. When I travel, I usually take both with me just because i can’t live without either one, lol. It’s harder to do searches, to do blog commenting etc. I suppose if you simply want to work on your site it’d be nice, but you’ll be limited as to what you can do. email me on here if you want to chat more

Jeff, I know my following question is not related to worpress, but I am in need of advice. My dad purchased Site Builder Elite and had nothing but headaches with it. The software crapped and he was never able to build a site. What affiliate site builder would you recommend? I’m looking for something with the same concept as Site Builder Elite, but one that works, of course. Thanks again for your time.

@ispy050 Honestly, I would just use wordpress.
It’s easy to use, and you can customize it however you like with unlimited themes (both free and premium) available.
